Wrap Around Care

The Out of Hours Club is a well-attended Breakfast Club and After School Club operating within the school premises. Mrs Ringham, the Out of Hours Club Manager may be contacted on Peterborough 252361 or by email wrapcare@peakirk.pdet.org.uk

The club operates from 7:45 am for Breakfast and 3:15 pm – 6:00 pm for After School.

A selection of both indoor and outdoor activities are on offer to the children each day (weather permitting). Recreational facilities including crafts and sports activities, a television, games console, snooker table and a computer are available for use.

Cold and hot snacks will be available to all children.

Joining the Club

To become a member of the Out of Hours Club, a registration form must be completed prior to attending. These may be obtained from the the school office.  Bookings can be made by an member of the school via Arbor.  All bookings must be made and paid for in advance of any sessions taken.  

Fees

• Breakfast Club for all years (Preschool to Yr6) : £5.50 per session 

• After School Club for all years (Rec – Yr6):  

⏰£5.50  Until 16:15   

⏰£10.50 until 17:15 

⏰£12:50 until 18:00 

• After School Club for Preschool: 

⏰£7.50 until 16:15 (this is to account for the period 2:50 - 4:15 pm)

Late collection past 18:00 will incur a £6.00 charge for every 10 minutes.

Bookings and Payments should be made via Arbor

If you pay by Childcare Vouchers please ensure your child's surname is used in the reference. If you pay by Universal Credits (National Savings), can you please ensure that you provide school with your TFC reference number so that we can match your payment up.   There is no change in the ways these payments are made. Once school have received confirmation from our Trust that payment has been made, your account will be credited with the amount.  Arbor accounts should be in credit before making a booking.

Please continue to contact wrap around care by emailing wrapcare@peakirk.pdet.org.uk if you require emergency sessions booking or to make a cancellation. School will do this on your behalf and a charge will be added to your Arbor account that should be paid before the session is taken, where possible. If you need an emergency session at breakfast club, please phone the School Office.  Please do not just turn up as we may not have the space to accommodate you.
